1. Who we are

Rowan operates withrowan.co.uk. For anything about your personal data, contact us at hello@withrowan.co.uk.

2. What we collect, and why

Reading the guides and using the tools needs no account and no personal details. This site keeps no database. Personal data is handled in these places only.

• The enquiry form at Speak to a solicitor: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, what the application is about, what you write, and any answers from the route wizard you choose to send with it. We collect this so that a regulated immigration solicitor can contact you about advice. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form and can withdraw at any time.
• The route wizard at Get started: your answers stay in your browser for the session and are sent nowhere unless you choose to send them with an enquiry, in which case they are part of it.
• The former waiting list, which ran until 16 September 2026: the email addresses and visa types people left. No more are collected.
• Usage data: which pages are visited, collected by Vercel Web Analytics without cookies and without identifying you. See the cookie policy. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing which guides are read.

3. Who receives it

• Formspree handles both forms on our behalf. It receives each submission, emails it to us, and holds a copy until we delete it.
• a regulated immigration solicitor receives the details from an enquiry so that they can contact you. What they do with your data from then on, including any advice they give, is covered by their own privacy notice, which they will give you.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. How long we keep it

• Enquiries: 6 months from the day they are sent, then deleted from the form service and from our mailbox.
• Former waiting-list addresses: until we have written to those people once, or until they ask to be removed.

5. If the site changes hands

If withrowan.co.uk is sold or transferred, open enquiries and the waiting list may pass to the new owner so that they can respond to them, on the terms in this policy. We would update this page to name them.

6. Security

Forms are sent over an encrypted connection. Nothing you enter is stored on this site, which has no database and no accounts.

7. Your rights

Under UK data-protection law you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw consent. Email hello@withrowan.co.uk and we will act on it. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
